Command 0x2C: Disable 16-bit duration
Switches back to the mode in which note lengths are specified in 8 bits.

Remarks
Clears the 16-bit duration flag. From then on, length parameters are 1 byte.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
