Command 0x2B: Enable 16-bit duration

Switches to the mode in which note lengths are specified in 16 bits.

There are no parameters.

Remarks

Sets the 16-bit duration flag ($01D0+x). From then on, the length parameters of note events, rest events and command 0x06 become 2 bytes, big-endian (high byte first).
Use command 0x2C to cancel it.

This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
