Command 0x21: Call subroutine (once)
Plays the sequence at the specified address only once.

Remarks
Calls a subroutine with a play count of 1. It behaves the same as command 0x04 with count set to 1, and is 1 byte shorter.
The end of the subroutine is marked by command 0x05.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
