Command 0x20: Load volume preset 1
Sets volume preset 1 as the channel volume.

There are no parameters.
Remarks
Sets the left and right volume of preset 1, registered with command 0x1E, as the channel volume ($0254+x, $0264+x). The new volume is written to the DSP at the next key on.
If the mono flag (CPU command $82) is set, the absolute values of the left and right volumes are each divided by 2 and summed, and the result is set to both left and right. In this case, a negative volume (inverted phase) is treated as a positive volume.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
