Command 0x1E: Register volume presets
Registers two volume presets.
Syntax
0x1E, sbyte left1, sbyte right1, sbyte left2, sbyte right2

Remarks
Saves volume preset 1 to $04B8, $04B9 and preset 2 to $04BA, $04BB. The registered presets are loaded with commands 0x20 (preset 1) and 0x31 (preset 2).
The presets are shared by all channels.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
