Command 0x1A: Enable noise
Switches the channel’s sound source to noise.

There are no parameters.
Remarks
Immediately sets the channel’s bit in the DSP NON register. The noise frequency is set with command 0x19.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- Even when executed on a BGM channel during an SE interrupt, the DSP NON register is rewritten immediately, affecting the sound effect being played.
- Noise on that DSP channel is disabled when a sound effect starts and when it ends.
