Command 0x19: Set noise clock
Sets the DSP noise frequency.
Syntax
0x19, byte clock
Parameters
| Parameter | Type | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| clock | byte | Noise clock (0-31) |
Remarks
Saves the noise clock to $04B4, combines it with the high bits of the FLG register ($04B5), and immediately writes it to the DSP FLG register.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- If a value of 32 or more is specified for clock, the high bits of the FLG register (reset, mute, echo write disable) are also rewritten.
