Command 0x16: Enable channel echo
Enables echo on the channel.

There are no parameters.
Remarks
Immediately sets the channel’s bit in the DSP EON register, and sets the channel’s echo enable flag ($0294+x).
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- Even when executed on a BGM channel during an SE interrupt, the DSP EON register is rewritten immediately. When the sound effect ends, EON is restored according to the BGM channel’s echo enable flag.
