Command 0x13: Transpose
Sets the channel’s transpose value.

Remarks
Sets the channel’s transpose value ($0140+x). Subsequent note events use the pitch obtained by adding this value to the note number.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- If the result of adding the note number and transpose value falls outside the range of the pitch definition table, the pitch will be incorrect. For the range, see Note event.
