Command 0x0A: Cancel pitch bend

Disables pitch bend.

There are no parameters.

Remarks

Clears bit0 of the effect enable flags and disables pitch bend. The pitch stays at the value changed by the bend, and returns to the original pitch at the next key on.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
