Command 0x02: Set channel volume
Sets the channel’s left and right volume.

Remarks
Sets the channel’s left volume ($0254+x) and right volume ($0264+x). The new volume is written to the DSP at the next key on (the value multiplied by the volume scale $04B6 is written).
If the mono flag (CPU command $82) is set, the absolute values of the left and right volumes are each divided by 2 and summed, and the result is set to both left and right. In this case, a negative volume (inverted phase) is treated as a positive volume.
This command takes no time to process, and the following event is read within the same tick.
