Command 0x2A: Set timer period
Sets the driver’s operating period (timer 0 divider).

Description
Sets the timer 0 divider ($EC). The driver runs with a period of 8000 ÷ divider Hz, adding tempo and processing effects at this period.
Therefore, this command affects the BGM and SE tempo as well as the speed of all effects such as vibrato.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- Executing it on an SE channel also changes the overall operating period.
