Command 0x28: Set instrument and volume
Sets the channel’s instrument and left and right volume.
Syntax
0x28, byte instrument, sbyte left, sbyte right
Parameters

Description
Makes the same settings as executing commands 0x01 and 0x02 in succession, in a single command. The tuning value is reset to 0.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
