Command 0x1F: Register volume/ADSR preset 4
Registers volume/ADSR preset 4.
Syntax
0x1F, sbyte left, sbyte right, byte adsr1, byte adsr2

Description
As preset 4, saves the left volume to $13, the right volume to $18, ADSR1 to $1D and ADSR2 to $22. A registered preset is loaded with command 0x24.
Presets are shared by all channels.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
