Command 0x1E: Register volume/ADSR preset 3
Registers volume/ADSR preset 3.
Syntax
0x1E, sbyte left, sbyte right, byte adsr1, byte adsr2

Description
As preset 3, saves the left volume to $12, the right volume to $17, ADSR1 to $1C and ADSR2 to $21. A registered preset is loaded with command 0x23.
Presets are shared by all channels.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
