Command 0x1D: Register volume/ADSR preset 2
Registers volume/ADSR preset 2.
Syntax
0x1D, sbyte left, sbyte right, byte adsr1, byte adsr2

Description
As preset 2, saves the left volume to $11, the right volume to $16, ADSR1 to $1B and ADSR2 to $20. A registered preset is loaded with command 0x22.
Presets are shared by all channels.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
