Command 0x1C: Register volume/ADSR preset 1
Registers volume/ADSR preset 1.
Syntax
0x1C, sbyte left, sbyte right, byte adsr1, byte adsr2

Description
As preset 1, saves the left volume to $10, the right volume to $15, ADSR1 to $1A and ADSR2 to $1F. A registered preset is loaded with command 0x21.
Presets are shared by all channels.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
