Command 0x13: Transpose
Sets the channel’s transpose value.

Description
Sets the channel’s transpose value ($0140+x). Subsequent note events use the note number plus this value as the pitch.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- If the note number plus the transpose value falls outside the range of the pitch definition table, the pitch will be wrong. For the range, see Note event.
