Command 0x03: Jump
Moves the read position to the specified address.

Description
Changes the sequence read position to address. The address is an absolute address in APU RAM, not an offset within the sequence data (sequence data is placed at $12A0).
Song loops are normally achieved by using this command to jump back to a point in the middle of the song.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
Note
- If the destination contains no event that advances time, such as a note event, it becomes an infinite loop and the driver hangs.
