Command 0x01: Set instrument
Sets the channel’s instrument (source number).

Description
Sets the channel’s source number ($0244+x) to the instrument number converted through the source number conversion table. The new instrument is written to the DSP at the next key-on.
At the same time, the tuning value is reset to 0.
This command takes no time to process; the following event is read within the same tick.
